SKDK is seeking a Vice President to join its Direct Mail Team for the remainder of the cycle. This position reports to the Principal of our direct mail practice and will manage day-to-day program execution and development for our leading political campaigns. 

• Collaborate with Account Lead on direct mail program development including writing and concepting of mail pieces
• Manage the creative process and work-flow
• Lead SKDK team to ensure that our mail is approved on deadline
• Ensure mail accuracy before printing

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:  

• Experience leading, managing, and crafting paid media campaigns and content for political campaigns or progressive organizations. 
• Deep understanding of direct mail and exceptional writing skills are a must. 
• A proven ability to analyze quantitative/qualitative research and develop strategy and messaging based on it.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in tandem.
• A willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary (campaign hours).
• A team player who works well with a diverse team. 

SKDK is dedicated to ensuring pay equity. SKDK believes the target range of base compensation in this role is $100,000-$120,000. The company's approach to
total compensation extends beyond the base salary and includes various key components
such as an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive
benefits package. The determination of actual base compensation is influenced by a myriad
of factors, including skill set, level of experience, and geographic location.
