Sloane & Company (“Sloane”) is looking for a driven, self-starter to join the team as an executive assistant. This role supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and the President with all aspects of their daily schedules.
Applicants must be based in our New York office and willing to adhere to our hybrid office policy (in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, unless otherwise specified by the CEO).

Sloane is committed to pay equity. The Company believes the target base compensation in this role is $68,000-$75,000. In addition to base salary, Sloane considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
